Create a New User

To create a new user in your account, follow the steps below:


Usernames are globally unique. If you get the message the username already exists its because another site has already claimed the username.
  1. Log in to your account with your Username and Password.
  2. Click    Users in the left side menu.
  3. Click New User in the top menu.
  4. Complete Create User (Step 1).
    1. Display Name: type full name of the user.
    2. Password: type a password for the user and confirm.
    3. Username: type username (login) for the user.
    4. Email: type the email of the user.
    5. Notify User: check box to notify user of account creation via email.
    6. Click  Next Step.
  5. Complete Create User (Step 2).
    1. Role: determine the user role as AdministratorManager or User.
    2. Expiration Date: enter an expiration date for temporary accounts.
  6. Click Create User.


You have now added a new user.
