Share a File / Folder
To internally share a file or folder, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account with your Username and Password.
- Navigate to and select the file you want to share.
- Click Share in the top menu.
- Click Share.
- Click Add Group/User.
- Click the Select Some Options text box to select a user within your account.
- Click Add.
- Select share permissions for the selected user.
- Read Only - All boxes left unchecked allows user read only access
- Manage - Allows user full access to share and edit
- Link - Allows user to share externally
- Share - Allows user to share internally
- Click Save.All shared files are indicated with Shared next to the file information.
