Share a File / Folder

This feature is not available on all sites. Learn more about upgrading to the contemporary platform.
To internally share a file or folder, follow the steps below:


Quick Tip: To share a specific file/folder, click the advanced options icon to the far right of file name and then click Share.
  1. Log in to your account with your Username and Password.
  2. Navigate to and select the file you want to share.

  3. Click  Share in the top menu.

  4. Click Share.


  5. Click Add Group/User.
  6. Click the Select Some Options text box to select a user within your account.



  7. Click Add.

  8. Select share permissions for the selected user.
    1. Read Only - All boxes left unchecked allows user read only access
    2. Manage - Allows user full access to share and edit
    3. Link - Allows user to share externally
    4. Share - Allows user to share internally

  9. Click Save.
    All shared files are indicated with Shared next to the file information.




You have now shared your file or folder with a user in your account.
