Search Files / Folders

To search your files and folders, follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your account with your Username and Password
  2. Click Search Files and Folders and begin typing to search.


  3. Click the    icon next to the search bar.
    1. Click Advanced Options.

  4. Complete the Advanced File/Folder Search form.
    1. Search Files and Folders: click and type to search


    2. Search Location: 
      1. Search all folders: click to select. 

      2. Search specific folder(s): click to select.


    3. Start/End Date: click to select a date range.

    4. Minimum/Maximum Size: click box to deselect.
    5. Search file/folder names: click box to deselect.
    6. Search OCR content: click box to deselect.
    7. Search tags & attributes: click box to deselect.


    8. Save my advanced search preferences: click box to select.


  5. Click Search.


    Saved searches will be noted next to the search bar. 


You have now searched your files and folders.
