To contact the support team, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account account with your Username and Password.
  2. Click the help button    in the top right menu.


  3. Click Contact Support.


  4. Fill out the Contact Support form. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible in the comments section so support can best help you.

  5. Click Send once finished.
