Map Network Drive (WebDAV)

To access your files using WebDAV, follow the appropriate steps below for your Operating System:

This process is completed outside of your online account.
In the following examples, replace "YourCompanySiteAddress.com" with the your FTP server address.

Windows:
macOS:
  1. Open Finder from the Dock.
  2. Select Connect to server... from the Go menu at the top (⌘K)
  3. Type https://YourCompanySiteAddress.com/webdav into the text box.
  4. Then click the Connect button or simply press Return.

    A new tab will open showing your files and folders. You can view your new network drive listed under Locations.

Linux (Gnome):
  1. Open Files/Nautilus from the Dock.
  2. Select Connect to server... from the Places menu at the top.
  3. Select HTTPS (WebDAV) from the Type drop-down box.
  4. Type davs://YourCompanySiteAddress.com/webdav into the Location field.
  5. Then click the Connect button or simply press Enter.

Linux (KDE):
  1. Open Dolphin/Konqueror from the Dock.
  2. Select Connect to server... from the Places menu at the top.
  3. Type webdavs://YourCompanySiteAddress.com/webdav into the Location field.
  4. Then click the Connect button or simply press Enter.

iOS / Android:
Certain apps may include WebDAV support. Refer to the app's documentation and use https://YourCompanySiteAddress.com/webdav as the server address.

Windows Phone / BlackBerry:
Compatibility is currently unknown.
