You can connect to your account through any SFTP program. If you don't have an SFTP program, using FileZilla as your desktop client is recommended.

  2. Click    Connectors in the top menu.
  3. Click FTP Client in the drop down menu.
  4. Click FileZilla to open the FileZilla website
  5. Download FileZilla Client.

  6. Open FileZilla.
  7. Click File in the top menu.
    1. Click Site Manager.

  8. Click New Site once the Site Manager window opens.

  9. Complete the form within the General tab:
FTP, FTPS, FTPES and SFTP are supported.
    1. Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol
    2. Host: type in your site address.
    3. Port: 22
