View Account Activity

To filter and view account activity, follow the steps below:
Quick Tips: To view a specific file/folder activity, click the Activity icon to the far right of the file name.
  1. Log in to your account with your Username and Password.
  2. Click    Activity in the left side menu.
    The most recent activity will be listed.
  3. Click Activity Search in the top menu to filter activity.

  4. Complete the Activity Search form.
    1. Start / End Date: filter by clicking the boxes to select a start and end date. 
    2. Actions: filter by clicking the box to select account actions.
    3. Users: filter by clicking the box to select account users.
    4. IP Address: filter by clicking the box to type/select a whole or partial IP address.
    5. Connection Type: click the box to select from Web (HTTP), Web (HTTPS), FTP, SFTP, FTPS, WebDAV, API (HTTP), API (HTTPS), OAuth (HTTP), OAuth (HTTPS)


  5. Click Search.

You have now filtered and viewed your account activity.
